Handling staffs with supportive ways indecisive thinking. Good leaders take times with individuals are more abusive, have bad interpersonal relations with others, are rude or brusque with staff or patients, and not performing effectively, guide them to change. Because if such behaviours are maintained, everyone’s motivation and engagement is affected and patient care suffers in the end. Obviously, if poor behaviours affect the high - quality care for patients and they resist change, then they need to stop working at the workplace.
