This house was once known as the most haunted house of America. The story of this haunted house revolves around Charles Congelier, his wife Lyda and a servant girl named Essie. It all went bad when in 1871, Lyda came to know that her husband is having an affair with Essie. Lyda became so angry that she cruely pierced Charles and killed Essie by cutting his head off. Since then, the house became vacant for almost 20 years and with the passage of time, few families tried to settle in the house but left it due to unusual activities happened in the house. In 1900, a doctor bought the house and did some experiment on chopped heads and sometime later, he escaped from the house due to some paranormal circumstances as a result of his work.
