The positive aspects of playing football are that the athletes are in better mental and physical condition than the average man. Playing football shapes boys into men by instilling a good work ethic, teamwork, overcoming adversity, and problem solving which aides in good mental health. Playing football also makes the body of the player have an “adrenaline rush which aide in stress relief” (Becic).
