Abstract

This research essay is about eating healthy and working out vs eating unhealthy. Eating healthy is very important for our bodies; we need healthy food to lose the bad fats in our body. Also, working out will keep you fit and strong. Working out will reduce the risk of diseases such as, high blood pressure, obesity, and possibly mortality. Healthy eating and working out will keep you healthy, active and strong which will lead to a very good lifestyle. Many people don’t realize how important their heath is until you’re at risk of a fatal disease and you start eating healthy and working out. You become a whole new person and you look back and you saved your own life by making the right decisions.
Unhealthy eating will get you nowhere in life. Many people eat unhealthy when they’re depressed, or watching a movie, or even shopping. Junk food is very inexpensive compared to healthy foods; therefore, it attracts people to buy Pepsi, chips, and microwaved food. Junk food is pure fat which many people consume on a daily basis, which stores in your body which makes it unhealthy.

Healthy eating and fitness leads to a better and healthy life than the ones who are eating unhealthy. Healthy eating will make you become a healthier and strong person, and unhealthy eating will make you Weak by: diseases, obesity, and possibly mortality.

Why is it important to eat healthy? What is the big deal about working out? These are the type of questions that is really common that some people ask. Well your about to figure out the prime facts about eating healthy and working out. It’s really important that you eat healthy; some reasons are (1) eliminate fat with healthy fats. (2) Will always be happy with the way you look (3) will be energized throughout the day (4) healthy eating will make
