How Adversity Is Affected By The Industrial Revolution

Adversity, we all have it in our lives at some points. It may result in some very tough times for an individual or group, but it can also cause some significant growth that is normally for the better. Sometimes the person(s) may have even caused the issues in the first place, and that’s exactly what this is focused around. People and societies with a higher power than the majority can get tendencies to think that they can do whatever they want. Many of the changes started negatively such a pollution, overcrowding, etc.. and a lot of people lost their lives because of this. The poorer people were crammed into small homes with other families and forced to work in factories where the conditions were extremely unsafe for the workers. Although all these things occurred, through time they could be fixed through the technological advancements industrialization brought such as a sewage system, easier trade, and faster production rates. Three things brought on by the industrial revolution would be the high demand for more houses and clothing. “Industrialization allowed for stronger, more comfortable and cheaper homes to be built every day. Also, fashionable clothes at more affordable prices were designed, and new appliances were invented and upgraded as time passes by”. Making the homes easier and cheaper to build allowed families to have their own houses with a higher quality than what they have been living in before. Allowing the clothes to be more cheap and fashionable gave people the opportunity to dress nicely even if they were in a lower class on a lower income. The appliances in the homes allowed easier living for the families and probably allowed it to be warmer and easier to cook or wash items. Morse provided communication through a wire in the speed of light”. This invention allowed differents countries, even ones across seas to communicate much faster than before.
