How Did George Washington Become The First President?

My name was George Washington. I was born and raised in Virginia and finally become the first president of USA on April 1, 1789. At that time, I lived in Virginia with my family and my farms almost became deserts during wars. Therefore, I had to pay my local debts and borrowed money to travel to the seat of government. As for me, it was a great honor with heavy burdens, because I was elected as the only appreciate person to unite this fragmented young country together as one. Accurately, I wasn’t a politician and reputedly willing to stay at my farmland in Virginia. At that time, I had no longer a strong man but a 56 years old man with a clear mind. The USA needed a president, a leader, like a center of a circle to form a new government. Nevertheless, when delivered my first inaugural address, I still trembled with nervousness. I had no ideas about the political parties or be a public man, so it was described as a very simplicity one. Even though
I started to question my value in this new government. Maybe I wasn’t a proper leader. I decided to leave this position, which will be full of glory but also saddled with heavy burden and dangers. In the last year of my office, I was criticized by all side and I felt tired and worried about these political parties, which was a domestic crisis and a critical obstacle to the prosperity of the USA and the normal function of the president. In 1796, I refused to stand another term and leave the office. I made my farewell address after years of service for my country and decided to live a peaceful life in my farmland in Virginia with my families. It was said that I died in 1799 because of diseases. Anyhow, I finally accomplished my goal, making a good start for USA government, and promoted it to grow and became stable.
