The Congress of Vienna was the first events of international meetings that came to be known as the “Concert of Europe” intent to kept a peaceful balance of power in Europe. The congress of Vienna was held by the 4 European powers called “Quadruple Alliance” that defeated Napoleon: Austria, Prussia, Russia, and the United Kingdom. At the congress, Metternich’s master of diplomatic skill earned him the title of “the coachmen of Europe.” The goal of the conservatives at this meeting, led by the Austrian Prince, Klemens von Metternich. Metternich’s main goal at the congress was about two things: Stability between states and Stability within
