Today’s world has been heavily influenced and shaped by the events that have taken place in history. Many different kingdoms, dynasties, and empires have had an impact on the way we live today as a society, the most influential being the Ottoman Empire. The Ottomans altered classic scientific tradition, Contributed to the evolution of astronomy, prompted the spread of healthcare and hospitals, and achieved great feats in mechanical technology. Without these contributions, the modern world would not be as developed or prosperous.
