How Did Walt Disneyland
Disneyland Disneyland has been open for 60 years. July 17,1955, 28,000 people walked through Disneyland for the first time. There was a lot of difficulties with plumbing and labor unions. Rides and attractions were continually breaking down and closing. The animals refused to cooperate. The asphalt made it difficult to walk because it was sticking to everyone’s shoes. In the early 1950’s Walt Disney barrowed $17 million dollars to transform 160 acres into theme parks. The career of Walt Disney was his desire of telling stories that necessitated the creation of the new media. His first breakthrough was in 1989 with the introduction of Mickey Mouse. Over a 10 year period Disney added color and expanded. Disneyland had disparate ideas:

The park was not completely ready yet, but Walt did not want to push back the opening date.
