If his student is active in class, it shouldn’t be hard to do and turn in the assignments on time. It sounds to me that his student does not have any support or motivation outside of the classroom. If he is in class, he stays motivated and active but he does not do anything outside of the class. I think his student is just lazy and don’t want to do the class work. He will never pass anything with these bad habits. The third student that had made the strangest choice would be Professor Egret’s student. His student was passing with a good average then just stopped coming to class. It wasn’t the fact that he couldn’t or wouldn’t do the work because he had a good average. His past experiences may have played a big role in his bad decision to leave the class. In his lifetime, he might always start out doing good at things then just quit.
The Fourth student would have to be professor Fanning’s student. She made the choice to quit school due to something that was said. Even though the teacher shouldn’t have marked her, she should not have let the comment determine her success in the class and earning her degree.
