How To Speak English Fluently
How to Speak English Well

There are three effective ways to acquire the greater fluency of your spoken English. Firstly, you have to involve in more practical conversations. Of course, it is important step to improve your speaking quickly, and in order to be a good speaker, you have to be a sociable and friendly person. Therefore, you can take initiative to start a conversation in any situations. As the consequence, you will feel comfortable to speak in publicity and also learn your mistakes from those chitchats as well. Secondly, you do not have translate all the words you hear. It is natural that you are not the native speaker and you wont be able to understand those hard words, slang, idioms, or dialects. If you try to recall your memory of these familiar words, you will misunderstand the topic of the conversation. In the contrary, you firmly make sure that you can keep the track of the topic while you are taking to others. In addition, you should not be afraid of asking what those words or phrases mean from those good speakers. By understanding the words which are used in real lives of conversation, you have more chances to improve your fluency and speak in the correct English. Thirdly and most importantly, you have to do self-study and practise much more on your own. Obviously, this is the only way to get yourself out of the poor speaking skills. When you have more spare time, you should listen songs, watch movies, or play games in English rather than your mother-tongue language. Then you have to practise speaking and recite what you hear. Furthermore, you had better surf the internet frequently. There, you can do a lot of exercises, learn the tactics to become a good speaker, and talk to experienced speakers on social network how to develop your speaking skills. In conclusion, these three tips are really the best way to help you become one of the most fluent English speakers.

I think the most important thing for anyone, is to constantly expose yourself to the language you are trying to learn. This is mainly the things that helped me learn the English language as I grew up, along with of course, the Internet. Aside from the constant exposure I get from the things I listed above, I think the things that will prove most important to me when it comes to learning the English language in the near future will be pure “live” interaction with it. Talking, discussing and expressing myself to others in English.…

Being fed up with not being able to speak fluent English like I knew I could, I began to practice constantly. I knew that public speaking was important in my high school career, so I would find time and form a habit of reciting any work that I had to present in class to myself or to my peers. I also joined a club that revolves around presenting business cases and generally socializing with strangers, which helped me along a lot. I told myself that I would eventually be able to communicate to a large group of associates, and I did so with a few petty mistakes, but at least I had the courage to form complete…

The second issue I want to mention is that I am really bad at using the correct vocabulary for each topic. For instance, when I have already found out the ideas for my topic, I still have difficulty in choosing the right words to express my ideas. The reason is simply because I came from a different country where English is even not the second language. Once again, to solve this problem, I need to get accustomed with the language, with the culture here. I have to read as possible as I can because it is the fastest and only way for me to obtain enough vocabulary for public speaking.…

Undoubtedly, English is the most important language in the world. Therefore, Proficient in English will have numerous advantages. fortunately, I have realized the importance of learning English and worked hard since I was a child. However, after 10 years of learning English experience I could hardly communicate in English and definitely unable to write an essay, that realy made me frustrating . then, I realized I must make too many mistakes in learning English. it was translating English into Chinese. I just did not feel that learning English is pleasant enough, so i just did it if i had to. At first , every language has its own rules. They usually have different grammar and using of vocabulary, which means learning English by translating it into chinese will lead to an inevitable defeat. For example, I have worked hard on learning a lot of vocabulary by translating them into Chinese. However, those translation processes were hugely disappointing.at that time I failed to express my idea accurately by those translated vocabulary. As a consequence, good grade and improvement seemed untouchable one day I became to reconglize this problem ,desperately and completely stopped translation . one year later, my English was obviously and generally improved. I attribute my success to the stoping of translation. secondly, I am going to talk about reading and writing. They are undoubtedly the key element to learn English comfortably and effectively. Improving English from only doing grammar exercises is usually inferior to reading and writing practice. Only practices can help us to react to the reality. Therefore reading and writing are crucial to our English. For example, I used to study English phrasal verbs for 12 hours before an English exam ,However, i would not read a book in English for 30 minutes every day. The problem is that a huge one-time effort gives you nothing, while small, everyday activities will give you a lot. In conclusion, think in the English way , learning…

Many people, especially those who have not studied a foreign or second language, are easily irritated if they cannot quickly understand what non-native speakers are saying. This is sad but often true. The importance of good pronunciation can be easily realized by visiting a predominantly English speaking country and talking to the native speakers. If they constantly reply to your statements with “what?”, ”huh?” or ”could you repeat that”, then you know your pronunciation needs work. Going to a foreign country is the best way to assess your speaking skills. Keep in mind that your friends may be from the same country as you and make the same pronunciation mistakes. For this reason they cannot accurately judge your speaking abilities. If you should visit another country, go out and talk to people. You may want the comfort of speaking in your native language but to become a better English speaker,…
