In order to assist Duplox Copiers in its goal of decrease the turnover rate, customer complaints and increase the company revenue and profit as well as the employee morale, customer satisfaction.It is important to realise that TSS employees play a crucial role because they are the company’s employees that have the most direct contact with the clients. In addition, the type of services that they provide is totally related to the services and products that are ultimately delivered to the client.Duplox needs to make a transition from a Human Relations Managerial Strategy to a High-involvement managerial strategy which allows employees to exercise self-control because they identify with the goals of the organisation and the intrinsic rewards as
