On the fourth line it says “I feel like my life ain’t mine” and this means that he doesn’t feel like he is living his own life anymore and it's like someone is controlling him. Then in the chorus he says “ I don't wanna be alive” so he probably gets bullied. In verse one he says “i've been praying for somebody to save me, no one's heroic” this means he needs help and he's kind of asking for it and explains that no one will guide him. Then in that same verse he says “ They say everybody's life precious, but nobody care about mine” stating that he thinks no one cares or loves him.

In the next chorus he says “ I want you to be alive” and I think he is saying that in someone else's perspective they miss him. “ It's the very first breath when

In the poem "Loneliness" by Laura Cortes there seems to exist a small hope and wish for the past. The poem has many lines that seem to show an echo for the similarities of harvesting the apples and the harvest of life itself. Through the course of the poem, the speaker uses the word ghosts to hint at the death of family members. The line "Now he and the trees are tired and old. " (14) Obviously hints to the speaker being of old age.…

The main theme of the song is that even when times are tough and you feel like your losing someone that you should still keep moving on and not let that haunt you. Others around you can give you advice and lead you in the right direction. The writer was trying to describe an experience that hey went through where they really needed someone to understand them, especially when he said “and I pray to god he hears you”. The song starts of with JOS just after he has ran away from his old town and is now living on the streets--hear the sound of the falling rain--. This song feels as if he is talking to himself and trying to convince himself that running away was the right thing to do. He goes over all the reason he left and why his old town was so bad as if to really insure in himself that what he did was the right thing to do. On the streets he still feels alone and a little outcasted from society but he seems to have more self confidence in his place in the world and he sees happiness ahead of him. There is a small political aspect of it when he says “Zeig heil” but i think that is really just him showing that he has beliefs that are already dead to the world.…

Meaning when bad things happen other more difficult situations seem to occur at the same time. Another figurative language that he uses are Idioms. He doesn't have that much , but he is trying to make it the best way he can. “I'm trying to make a dollar out of fifteen cent” (2pac). One of most interesting part of this song is when he talks about blaming his mother for turning his brother into a crack baby. “We ain't meant to survive , cause it's a setup” (2pac). Which goes in to explain that the government want the black community to…

Every time He says “At The Sight Of You” right after you hear a chorus of people singing “Oh So Priceless” the song repeats this again after the words “I See It All In You". In this next stanza the writer makes it clear that we are starting over we have an opportunity to become a new person the true person that we were meant to be. And the writer then sings the chorus over and over again hoping to have the words wash over the listener. The song is saying that they know how it feels to have nothing left to lose, it’s relatable to have nothing left in the world that can be taken away. Vahan has lost so many people he has cared about in his life. He’s lost his family, his home, his normal life, etc. The song is a little dark because it explains that there is really nothing left to live for and they can understand how they must feel and all the anger that builds up inside you when you realize everything you loved and cared for the most was taken away from you. The turkish soldiers took away his home, his family, his friends, anything that was ever important to…
