Executive Summary
The Ibn Sina Clinic was conceived to offer specialists’ consultation, diagnostics, preventive health checks and pharmacy services under-one-roof. Convenience, coupled with trust associated with the brand, was the bedrock of the product strategy. Suitable technology, value-for-money pricing and intent to create an overall experience were the other key attributes of the product.
