I would wake up every day praying that it doesn’t happen. The sad realization is this is one of the many fears faced by citizens of this countries. Many wake up with a fear of whether they will live until the end of the day, for most communist nations lack the supplies of their democratic counterparts, for a lot of countries refuse to trade with them. My second reason I don’t support this idea is these countries have the ability—and do—regulate the amount of children a person can have. China, for example, had a two child limit. Any more than that and the government will step in and remove the child. To me, this is horrific in a sense that my own government would have the right to end the life of my newborn simply because the baby would be my third. Lastly, a communist government could tell me anything they wanted and I would have to believe them. I would be too ignorant to know any better, for all I would ever know is what they tell me. This is why many people of North Korea don’t know any better to make change to their government. The only thing they grew up knowing is that they have the strongest and greatest government in the world, and no other country can compete with them. They force feed lies into their own people in order to maintain
