Abstract
This paper provides insights on student’s ideal leader and the qualities of the selected ideal leader of the student. I have tried to explain this via my own choice of ideal leader “George Washington”. The paper talks about ideal leader as per the vision of the society and the definition of an ideal leader as per the society. At the same time this paper will state the qualities does society believe the ideal leader must have. This paper also states some of the problem-solving and decision-making techniques of George
Washington and his knowledge of languages, his travelled places, how as a person he was and his vision and practices to make United States greatest nation of the world under his leadership along with his three important roles during the foundation and early years of the United States. This paper was written in the first place to mention leadership styles of the ideal leader selected by the student as per the student’s understanding.

My Ideal Leader George Washington
My ideal leader is George Washington. Washington’s greatness can be judged by the way in which he fulfilled three important roles during the foundation and early years of the United States; Firstly, as commander in chief of the Continental Army, secondly as president of the Constitutional Convention, and thirdly as the first President of the country. Washington was far from outstanding. He had little formal education. He knew no foreign languages. He had never traveled to Europe. Personally aloof, even cold, he was not a great thinker, writer, or speaker. Despite these shortcomings, Washington still places near or at the top of the list of
