2. Draft an e-mail to be sent to all relevant staff concerning changes to policy/procedures. Inform them of each change, and set a date for training. Include what the training will consist of, so that they are adequately prepared for the session. (5.1-5.3)
Dear Valued Employees,
There have been some recent changes within the Policies and Procedures concerning Avondale College. Please adhere to the guidelines below
The age of the belayer in section 8 has been changed to 17; this is due to the fact that there are so many students younger than 18 in the course this year
A specific belaying technique within section 12 of Up,Down,Slide,Slide has been introduced as Avondale's official belay method
All staff members need to learn this new method of belaying, and so a training date of the 13/7/14 has been set. Please contact us if you are unable to attend this training period so that we may take other measures

3. Write a procedure that ensures ongoing review of policy/procedures (5.5)
All policies will have monthly briefs, which will allow any issues to be addressed. The policy review board will meet every 6 months for a larger overview of P&Ps to make adjustments and a suggestions box will be placed next to the office for staff members and cliental to voice their opinions
