Effective Communication in Health & Human Services
Thesis: Communication in a health care setting is very important; it helps us to achieve the best patient provider relationship, establishing a trusting relationship. Making major health care improvements is becoming a trend for the people of the United States let us hope that this is less controversial for the people and that the services will improve. CMR is a program that has advanced the technology and improved the system of the health care providers this improves the overall services and organization of business in healthcare every patient wants the latest technology and improved facilities this is essential to any healthcare visit. This improves the jobs of the staff members makes a great atmosphere for work and then in turn makes the customers or patient full satisfied this makes the provider attain more demand of clients for the services and pays off for the provider, making a better more effective communicative service location in the health care field this makes better patient provider relationship less tense and more effective. “The roles of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in managing customers and improving services to them have been well recorded in business literatures.
