Information technologies (IT) are vital to Company operations. They are tools that improve the quality and efficiency of our work. They are the repositories for critical and sometimes highly proprietary corporate information. The improper access to or the destruction of these resources will have serious consequences for the Company. Developing a business strategy with an IT component that is aligned with business objectives, and is supported by sound business justification, will enable organizations to improve performance, increase productivity, and serve customers more effectively. I had interviewed a person which is an IT Officer position in an organization. He is Mr. Anez Simon from Green Shipping Company in Kota Kinabalu. The interview was done at his workplace after office hours in order not to interfere with his work during office hours.
1.1 COMPANY BACKGROUND
