Age The graph shows that 40% are ages from 21 to 30 years old, 35% are 13-20 years old, 19% are from 31-50 years old, 5% comes from 51-60 years old, and only 1% are those aged 60 years old and above. By knowing the age, we were able to segment the market. We considered targeting 75% of the market which are 40% that ages from 13-20 years old and the 35% from those aged 21-30 years old.
2. Gender With the data shown above, we gathered that 63% of our market are female and the 37% are male.
3. Occupation The graph presented shows the occupation of a person. This information can also help in segmenting the market and knowing who will be our target market. It is shown that 48% are students, 45% are the employed, 5% are those unemployed, and the 2% are the retired. So we considered that our target market will be the students and those who are employed since they take up 93% of the market.
4. Allowance/Income The graph shows the allowance or income of our market. We wanted to know the socio-economic factors of our market and their purchasing power. Users The graph shows if the respondent eats grilled food. As presented above, 99.75% are those who eat grilled food and 0.25% does not eat grilled food. Which means that 402 out of 403 respondents eats grilled food and only 1 said no.
6. Frequency This shows how many times our respondents eat grilled food in a month. 60% said 1-4 times, 27% said 5-8 times, 11% said 9-15 times, 1% said 16-20 times, and another 1% said 21-30 times in a month. This means that almost 60% eats once a week or almost 4 times in a month.
7. Preference
This shows the type of grilled food the respondents would eat. We separated each option so that we could get an accurate number of users per type of grilled food. We put our four main products, Barbecue, Liempo, Inasal, and Stuffed Squid. We also added Inihaw na Bangus, Inihaw na Tilapia, Isaw Baboy, and Isaw Manok. Since we wanted to know what other grilled food people would eat and we also wanted to add a few more options in our menu in the future.
