Introduction
In this essay I am going to talk about Indonesia and an NIE country, which is China. Starting with theoretical background, I am going to explain first the meanings of each terminologies such as; what is industry, human factor, physical factor and explain each indicators from both factor to explain why isn’t Indonesia an NIE. An analysis will also be written to end the essay.
Theory Background
An NIE is a country that starts to move to industry production rather than agriculture based.
Industry itself is basically a business activity. It has 4 sectors, which are; primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary.
Primary: works in raw materials such as wood, agriculture, fishery, etc.
Secondary: works in the process from the primary, including producing goods like sewing, milk fermentation, etc.
Tertiary: more to the services like delivery, school and many more.
Quaternary: works on information and technology. Helping back the secondary sector in order to produce the goods.
Human factors are several factors that influence the industry. Those are capital, labor, government, market, transportation and technology.
Capital: main material/ the money to create an industry.
Labor: plays an important role in an industry. the one who makes the industry works.
Government: usually related with the policies in importing, exporting and custom stuffs.
Market: where transaction happen/
