Topic: The Development of a business plan.
General Purpose: To inform.
Specific Purpose: To inform my audience about the components and importance of developing a business plan.
Central Idea: The most relevant factors and elements that help to develop a business plan are the Executive Summary, the Marketing Mix, the financial plan and the SWOT Analysis.
Main Points: * The Executive Summary explains the primary fundamentals of your business as an organization. * The developing of Marketing Mix helps you to target the market. 1. The selling price of your product among your competitors gives you a warranty of loyalty to your customers. 2. The product of your business is the motor of you company because it will gives you the daily sales. 3. The promotion, advertisers and marketing you perform to make your product a well-known one. 4. The people you consider as your customers for the daily sales of your product. * The SWOT Analysis gives you knowledge to understand the obstacles you will face in your business. 1. The strengths your product had against other competence in the market. 2. The weakness your product had against other competence in the market. 3. The opportunity your product had against other competence in the market. 4. The threat your product had against other competence in the market.
