Vietnamese Egg Rolls

Specific Purpose: To inform my audience how to make Vietnamese egg rolls.
Thesis: There are lot of Asian food that people could try around in the world, each of them has different taste from different culture, but the most popular Asian food is egg rolls with only four steps: prepare, mix, roll and fry. I. Introduction
A. There are many kinds of egg rolls, mostly, you get egg rolls from your local Chinese take out, but you won’t need it after trying the Vietnamese egg rolls.
B. That’s why I’m here today to show you how to make cheapest, easiest and delicious Vietnamese egg rolls.
C. My favorite dish has to be Vietnamese egg rolls because I grew up with this stuff and have taught how to do it through my mom simple recipe but still very delicious.
D. Today, I’m going to show you how to make Vietnamese egg rolls with four main steps are prepare, mix, roll and fry. II. Body
A. The first step is preparing the ingredients for egg rolls.
1. 2lbs ground lean pork
2. 3 eggs
3. 4 large carrots
4. ½ cabbage
5. 2 packs of spring roll wraps
6. 2 tsp. Sugar
7. 2 tsp. Salt
8. 2 tsp. ground pepper
9. 2 tsp. chicken seasonal flavored.

B. The second step is mixing all the ingredients together.
Mixing bowl
a.1. Sheered, thin, small strings of carrots
a.2. Thin and small strings of cabbage
a.3. Ground lean pork
a.4. 2 tsp. salt
a.5. 2 tsp. sugar
a.6. 2 tsp. chicken seasonal flavored
a.7. 2 eggs

C. The third step is rolling the egg rolls
1. Place the mixture on the wrapper
2. Fold 2 sides of the wrapper, the left and the right edge.
3. Fold over the lower 1 inch edge over
4. Now roll the roll up near to the top edge
5. Put a little bit the yolk of the egg on the top edge of wrapper.
6. Now continue roll to the end edge of wrapper
D. The last step is frying those egg rolls by the deep fryer
a. Oil
b. Preheat to 350 degrees
c. Until the skin crispy up and does not stick to other egg rolls
