At the same time, I believe even though it is expensive to attend college while doing a part time low wage job, I also believe that it pays in the long run. In his article from the Baltimore Sun, Freeman Hrabowski maintains that “College graduates are much more likely to be employed that those with only a high school diploma and earn substantially higher salaries (Freeman, 2014).” This fact clearly shows that attending college does benefit and have a substantially higher chance to land a job.
