The main business of the airport is to manage, operate and maintain the airport and provide related services. As a result, the study is expected to explore factors such as facilities, services, service personnel and current airport growth, which will affect the internationalization of Penang International Airport's service quality.
The survey was designed to manage airport management techniques, predict customer demand for the future, and how to overcome economic problems when the economy suddenly inflated or defended.

We document to the selected respondent in advance issued 30 sets of questionnaires, collection and analysis. Measurement is calculated by Cronbach alpha was positively correlated to try to indicate that a group of items in each other. Through some small improvements, on-site implementation of this work and we will collect. The data, again the reliability of the analysis, to determine the reliability of measurement reliability test. The results of this study are shown in Table 1.

Initially use the nine (9) item to measure the variable of the service person. The analysis results show that the value is 0.940. However, there are two (2) items that are found to be negative, and have more collinearity. Thus, only seven (7) pieces are used to measure the service personnel. Similar to the quality of service determinants, initially composed of 12 projects, measuring the structure, α value of 0.965. However, there are six (6) items that are found to be negative, with multiple collinearity. Therefore, we decided to use the six (6) item to measure the variables. For the service environment determinants, initially use 12 items to measure the variables. The results show that the value is 0.904, and all items are reliable.
