Interprofessional Education Reflection

Furthermore, this activity helps me to draw out the best from me and some ideas that I never thought I have somewhere in my mind. Also, respect for other health care professional or students come into play for acting toward one goal and learning new things and implement in future practice. Technological advances and increasing specialization of health professional practice made care complex and IPE activities help overcoming that barrier. There is increasing evidence that interprofessional education is integral to addressing issues such as patient safety, chronic disease management and primary health care, through the establishments of more effective health care teams. To approach similar case in future I would see patient as a whole, understanding
how to approach difficult patient who is undergoing life hurdles might refuse plan and high chances of step back. In future I would like to implement building relationship to keep patient engaged, clear all doubts and help them to be succeed. In conclusion, I am going to Stimulate networking and sharing of best educational approaches for collaborative patient-centered practice for my future pharmacy practice. I conceive that the impact of efficient communication, understanding of self and others, group skills, field expertise will change future health care delivery.
