Interview With Noel Mairena

In an effort to cover the topic of policies and procedures I interviewed Noel Mairena. Mr. Mairena is responsible for the policies and procedures in his area of work. He is part of the committee that analyzes and implements the updates in policies and procedures. He told of his specific guidelines that must be followed to insure that the policies and procedures are not just based on evidence but on validated evidence. Evidence-based committees are responsible for making sure that policies and procedures are based upon not only current, but also validated evidence.
