After visiting these five restaurants I found that in general the service was satisfactory, although some restaurants were providing higher quality service than others. For example, Q-doba’s and Giovanni’s operations were focused primarily on speed of service rather than customer experience. While Wild Ginger and Backyards Bistro were focused on delivering an overall dining experience which included not only good food but a certain ambiance with waiters to take your order and a hostess to seat you; this was much different from the assembly line speed with which Giovanni’s or Q-doba’s operate. Mr. Wraps, adheres to neither of these operational approaches it is primarily a take-out place with a sporty ambiance and quick service. Observing each of these restaurants it became clear that speedy service and a good product were not the only important qualities to satisfying a customer. In general it was important to the customer, me, that the employee be personable, genuinely interested in making my experience a…

First, I noticed how far this place was from where I live. The restaurant was in Snellville. As we arrived the building was made of this type of stone brick. The roof was made of the red tile shingles you would usually find on the roofs of houses in California. To me when I first entered it smelled like freshly mopped floor. A group of hosts greeted us at the door with a big smile and a “Hola Senoritas!”…

Walking along Lilac street, a residential and dining road in Barangay Concepcion Dos in Marikina, it is quite noticeable that Singlish Café is a newly opened café because for those who know the place, the stall they are now occupying has long been vacant, and with long, I meant really really long. This restaurant is located in front of Post Office and on the right hand side. I like this this restaurant because of some reason. The First reason is, there are many food there but the best food that i always prefer to eat is Beef Calpacho, Seafood Pasta and Caltuone. Beef Calpacho is kind of food that contain raw beef mix with lemon and we can eat it with omelet . Seafood Pasta is kind of food contain spaghetti, olive oil ,onion ,garlic clove, paprika, tomatoes especially seafood like oyster and shrimp. The Last food that i really love to eat is Caltuone. Caltuone is a nice food that similar to cracker but it's contain mixture of meat inside. The second reason is, the staff in that restaurant was so pleasant to every customer. I can say that staff is very important to the restaurant so much because if the staff was not so kind and never be there for you when u need to order something probably the customer will don't want to come again. The last reason is , i can easily to eat because the chief there is already in advance to cook every food that i want to eat. Every food that i want to eat is always available for me even if it's not in the menu of the restaurant. All in all, Lavolpia Pizza is the nice restaurant that everyone in Phnom Penh should not miss it. It's better to try new kind of food that we never eat, so it'll be a new experience for those who never try new food and still go to eat at the restaurant that already been there for many…
