I can’t say that I don’t eat sugar. I do. I mean even you eat sugar too. Sugar is in everything, from a bottle of coke to our and much more. But have you ever been told that maybe a little sugar won’t hurt? Wrong.
The purpose of this speech is to persuade people that Sugar is bad and inform them about the dangers of added sugar.
Is sugar sweet poison?
It's not our fault our population is overweight; sugar was once such a rare resource that we haven't developed an off-switch for it - we can keep eating sugar without feeling full; in the time and space of 150 years, we’ve gone from eating no added sugar to more than 2 pounds a week; eating that much sugar, you would need to run 4.5 miles every day of your life to not put on weight.
Now I’m sure your thinking what are a few pounds going to do to a kid like me, I eat lettuce sometimes. Well I’m here to tell you that from the day we are born, our parents help to shape the adults we’ll eventually become.
