Abstract
Principles of Islam cover all aspects of whole life also including working in any organization. This research was conducted to check the affect of Islamic work ethic on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention. The study used sample of 102 employees from four cities of Pakistan. Past study shows that there is positive and significant impact of Islamic work ethics on organizational commitment, job satisfaction. But there is no significant effect of Islamic work ethics on turnover intention. Different past studies findings shows that Islamic work ethics can build a better morale in the behavior of employees which can increase the employee’s job satisfaction and improves organizational commitment and reduce the number of employees wanting to quit the job or leave the organization.

1. Introduction
The research of work ethics has taken interest during last two decades because of the failures of some major companies in the world. So, there have been many research conducted in this perspective as well as in broader area of business ethics in some of European countries and America (Rizk, 2008). Work ethics varies from one country to another country. The purpose of this research is to study the effect of Islamic Work Ethics on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention in Pakistani culture. IWE support cooperation, devotion, consultation, equity, dedication, quality work, unity and spirituality at workplace. Spirituality play major role in IWE components.
