Jacksonville State University Scholarship Essay
I am a graduating senior student at Jacksonville state University majoring in Cell & Molecular Biology with a minor in Chemistry. My educational aspiration is to pursue a medical career as a doctor. I decided to join health profession since my passion has been deeply rooted in assisting others and trying to improve their health quality conditions and also, learning about their medical needs in a community. If selected for this scholarship, I will continue to apply the same diligence to my collegiate studies as I have to this point, making education and service to others my top priority.
I believe education is the key to success, and I try to connect my passion for education with my desire of helping others. I always envision dedicating my life to help make the world a better place through making contribution to society’s welfare. I enjoy learning new material every day and sharing it with other students. I am a part of Tri-Beta Biology Club at JSU; the focus is on improving the understanding and appreciation of biological study and extending boundaries of human knowledge through scientific knowledge. I am proud to be an international student here at Jacksonville State University.
Granted an opportunity to be one of your foundation’s scholarships recipient, I commit myself to effectively take charge of the responsibilities that the scholarships will offer.
