As many people say that hope is something that we should all have in ourselves, Jane Goodall is one of those people. In her book of hope, she wrote, it gives real life scenarios that show people being hopeful for small things that end up bringing a complete greater meaning to the simple small thing. For example, one of the examples that Jane Goodall used was after World War II, the city Nagasaki, one of the cities hit by the two atomic bombs, was left in rubble. "Scientists predicted that nothing would grow for decades. But, amazingly, two 500-year-old camphor trees survived. Only the lower halves of their trunks remained, and from those most of the branches had been torn off. Not a single leaf remained on the mutilated trees. "(The Book of Hope 7).
