1. As a distirct attorney, I can charge Jerry and Kenn with attempted armed robbery and conspiracy. Before I elaborate on

my answer, I will first define what these charges mean.

First, armed robbery involves having a weapon while taking and carrying away somebody else's property by violence with

intent to permanently keep the taken property. Simply put, it is what it sounds like, robbery with weapon. Then,

conspiracy is a crime consisting two or more individuals planning to commit illegal actions. Finally, attempt is when a person takes substantial steps, enough measures to be considered as a criminal, in order to commit a crime.
