Jesus In Time

(Min. Hal Ringold) Oct. 17, 2012

JIT - Background

JIT is a Japanese management philosophy which has been applied in practice since the early 1970s in many Japanese manufacturing organizations. It was first developed and perfected within the Toyota manufacturing plants by Taiichi Ohno as a means of meeting consumer demands with minimum delays . Taiichi Ohno is frequently referred to as the father of JIT.

As I thought about this it occurred to me that God was the father of JIT.
Borrowing the acronym JIT let 's explore the reality that God thru His only son Jesus is in fact a Just In Time God.

Bible students will remember Genesis 3:21 that God tailor made Adam & Eve 's clothing after they sinned in the garden not before.

Exodus 16 that when God sent Moses to deliver and lead the children of Israel into the promised land that God provided for their food every morning with manna for breakfast and quail meat for dinner.

In Gen. 22 Abraham about to sacrifice his only son Isaac as a burnt offering when He heard the Angel of the Lord, shout Abraham Abraham "Lay not thine hand upon the lad" Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns.

When we think of how the 3 Hebrew boys were thrown in a fiery furnace and a fourth person fourth is like the Son of God personally delivered the miracle to them JIT.

Queen Ester went by faith before the King to plead for the people and at the last moment Haman 's wicked plans fell upon himself and the people were saved.

We see that many needs were met by God exists outside of time yet delivering them to His people Just in Time.

Since God is spirit” (John 4:24) God is timeless and can not be held to or confined by Time

This became apparent more so after Christ became incarnate. Now Jesus is Emmanuel God with us in this earth governed by time in other words He entered the time zone. *Galatians 4: 4 But when the

Healing of the Lame Man: Jesus went up to Jerusalem during the time of a feast "and a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years." Jesus asked the man will thou be made whole? The lame man replied that he had no one to put into the pool when the water was troubled. "Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk. 9And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked." This sign miracle shows the deity of Christ because Jesus has power over time and the ability to heal all manner of sickness and…

According to Dillard, “Eternity sockets twice into time and space curves, bound and bound by idea. Man is born to sin; expect no release of it in this battle we call life. A clear example of one man’s struggle stands out among the rest. Setting aside the human condition of sin, Job stood as a supreme being still only being a man; who in spite of his troubles, questioning, and doubts, held fast in his devotion and love to God. In the end, Job is vindicated for his faith and devotion. Within this brief paper I will attempt to tell of Job’s story and its meaningful example to be followed by us all. As devote Christians our trails and sufferings should be viewed, as seen in Job 's experience, as a witness not only to God 's sovereignty but also as a witness to His goodness, justice, grace, and love to the secular world which awaits our fall. Let us now turn to the book of Job, always remembering that sometimes the lesson to be learned is much easier heard, than it is to actually bear.…

She noticed her eternal existence and describes it as a tapestry revealing a multitude of threads that illustrated other lives she has experienced and choices that she has yet to make. She says, “I could feel my attachment to the scene receding as I began to realize that everything was perfect and going according to plan in the greater tapestry” (Moorjani para. 22). She inexplicably understood that we have all had what is considered past lives; however, she realized that these lives are actually happening simultaneously. In other words, she understood that the concept of time was really a matter that our human minds have conjured up because it is nearly impossible for a human to understand this concept. She explains that with the way our mind works, there is no other way to comprehend the concept of timelessness without defining it with past, present, and future…

Here we have these scriptural bible texts. I will go through with you, about the miraculous way of Jesus's healing, and his stories he would share to make a point, message, or moral. Parables are a simple story used to illustrate moral or spiritual lesson, as told by Jesus in the gospel while meaning not stated it is often obvious. A miracle is an event which the forces of nature-including the natural powers of man-cannot of themselves produce, and which must therefore, be referred to a supernatural agency. Bible miracles, has two different miracles; healing and nature. This essay will talk about two stories, a healing miracle and a parable.…

Many Christian scholars are open to the belief in an old earth. One of these scholars is Colin Humphreys who believes that radioactive dating methods aren’t as accurate as most people think but they can still prove that we have a very old earth. Greg Koukl, is another Christian apologist, speaker, philosopher, and author who believes that the answer to the old earth/new earth lies in the heavens. The stars show light that takes millions of years to get to us. He argues that since were seeing light from the stars, because there millions of light years away, the earth must have been created millions of years ago. John Ankerberg argues that the seventh day of creation is thousands of years long as well as believing the third and sixth days of creation were longer than twenty four hours. “Everyone agrees that it has been at least thousands of years since the time of creation, yet the Bible declares that God rested on the seventh day after His six days of creation (Gen. 2:2-3). According to the book of Hebrews, God is still in His Sabbath rest from creation (4:3-5); hence, the seventh day has been at least six thousand years long, even on the shortest of all the chronologies of humankind (Ankerberg).” He believes the third day was longer than twenty four hours because God created plants and they fully matured, which takes longer than twenty four hours. The reason for his belief in the sixth day being longer is because of the many things God did on this day. He created Adam and Eve as well as creating thousands of animals who were all named by. All of these things would have been very hard to accomplish in the twelve hours of light there were.…

Eternity is considered to sum up all time; past, present, and future. Eternity is the collection of all moments of time. Kohák explains it as the "absolute reality of being, intersecting with the temporal sequence of its unfolding at every moment". The absolute reality of being is how we focus on ourselves. This meaning of eternity is more personalized; eternity isn't just everyone's lives, but everything in our existence. Plants and animals are included in the new feeling of eternity. Every action and every experience makes up a personal eternity that is solely a personal eternity.…

An old friend of mine that I had not seen since high school sent me a message on facebook asking about spiritual gifts and speaking in tongues. He explained that this had been an issue of debate in his church and he noticed I had an interest in systematic theology. This subject has been a source of controversy in the church for many years. I decided the best way to reply to his message is to see what the scripture has to say on this subject.…

One may wonder if God still has a hand on His creation today and if so, how? Take biology, without plants giving off oxygen we wouldn’t be able to breathe. How does the tree know how to produce oxygen? How do we know how to naturally breathe in and out? Look at Business. How does one know how to be ethical and moral? Well according to the Holy Bible, God is very much still active in His creation and in a variety of ways.…

In Genesis 22 God decides to test Abraham. He tests Abraham by instructing him to take his son, Isaac, to the land of Moriah and sacrifice him. Abraham obeyed and took Isaac to the land of Moriah, without Isaac knowing what was actually going on. Just as soon as Abraham was ready to kill his son, an angel of the Lord stopped him and told him that he knew he feared God. The angel then gave Abraham a lamb to sacrifice instead of his son. Since Abraham obeyed his command, the Lord said that he shall bless Abraham and make his offspring as numerous as the stars of heave and as the sand that is on the sea shore, as well as posses the gate of their enemies and bless the nations of the earth.…
