Jfk Leadership Qualities
A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way"(John Maxwell).
A good leader must posses these three qualities: modesty, kindness, and bravery. Leaders should set good examples because if they do not the people that follow them will become terrible people. A good leader must be modest. They can not boast about their achievements, if they do it is not good leadership. A good modest person was John Fitzgerald Kennedy. John achieved many things in his lifetime, these include his: World War Two victory medal, navy and marine corps medal, and his American defense service medal. He achieved all of these things before he was the leader of the United States and he never boasted about those things. The Bible says, "But he gives us more grace. That is why scripture says: God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble"(James 4:6). God wants us to be humble and not take pride in the things we do because God is the one who allows us to do the things we are proud of. Another leader who was modest is Elvis Presley. He never bragged about all the money he had and he was loved, like J.F.K, by everybody. A leader must also be kind. A good

If a leader is not brave then he is scared, nobody wants a scared leader. One of the most brave people in the world goes by the name of Dietrich Bonhoeffer. His name is not familiar but he stood up against nazism during the Second World War. Another brave man was lieutenant Charles Lightroller. He was the second highest in command of the ship the Titanic. He helped get people off of the titanic and after all that he joined the army and fought in World War Two. In the war he rescued British soldiers from a battle in Dunkirk. The Bible say, "Therefore my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that you labor in the lord is not vain"(1 Corinthians

There is a singularity amongst all powerful leaders, and that is their capacity to influence their followers. However, not all powerful leaders are fabled by society. A leader who holds the capacity to simultaneously transform society and maintain a fabled reputation, is one who not only holds themselves, but also their followers to a higher standard of truth, ambition, and morality. The 40th president of the United States, Ronald Reagan adequately embodied the qualities of principality leader and was greatly favored by his followers. He started a revolution of reconstructing America and he influenced people to maintain an ambitious drive. The qualities he promoted as a leader, such as commitment to truth, integrity, morality, and dedication…

My Grandfather, George Washington, and Mark Messier are all outstanding leaders. They all put others before themselves and looked at the greater picture in all cases. They all knew that for the life they wanted they would have to work with others and sometimes do things they did not want to do. In addition to this, all these people worked hard, and that is a major quality in being a great leader. Sitting back and relaxing, was not going to be enough. They had to bust their butts to get where they are and be the people they wanted to be. If my grandfather did not work as hard as he did, he would still be living in a little shack, where the bathroom was actually in the kitchen. If George Washington did work like he did, this country wouldn’t be where it is today, and if Mark Messier did not work in practices and games, his skill would have needed got where it need to be. Lastly, these three people all led by example. They did and showed what had to be done, so their followers would want to be just like them. There are so many other words that could be used to describe these people for example, inspiring, honest, confident, committed, and creative, but hardworking, leading by example and putting others in front of themselves, stood out to me as great ones, that each of these people highlighted traits…

A great leader should be so determined to achieve their goal, whatever it may be, that they will stop at nothing to make it happen. By “goal,” I must mention that I mean a positive, selfless goal—one that is backed with commendable intentions and doesn’t aim to hurt or bring down others. A leader should aim to fight for the rights of the people. A great leader is always willing to go the extra mile to do something great—and they…

I believe that a good leader/Christian leader must have many positive qualities and characteristics about themselves to rule. The six characteristics I picked that a good leader should be are; perseverance and endurance, proactive, open-minded, merciful, faithful and loyal, and patient. I believe that an excellent leader should persevere to reach his or her goals in life and in helping their subjects, and that a great leader must endure multiple hardships and struggles in order to grow stronger. Having perseverance and being proactive are closely related. A person who is proactive takes action to make something happen. To become a proactive leader, one must have perseverance and this helps them strive towards their goal. For a Christian leader, I think that being open-minded allows a leader to be more open towards new ideas and accept them so the leader can strive to be a better person morally and politically. “Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.” (5th Beatitude) A good Christian leader should also show mercy and not be too harsh on one’s subjects. If a leader is merciful to his or her subjects, loyalty and love will be shown to the leader.…

The question asked by everyone who observes an accomplished and strong leader in action is, “how can I use what they have learned, and to what extent?” Even in ministry, which should be at least partially immune to excessive success comparison, leaders can tend to look for the next best idea. They can think “if I could just know what leader X would do in my position, I would be fine.” I do not know a single leader, myself included, who hasn’t struggled with that thinking at some point.…
