Job satisfaction has direct effect on turnover and indirect effect on organizational commitment, (Blou, 1987). The significance of prevence research studies investigate the evidence of a strong negative relationship of job satisfaction and turnover, (Mannherim et al, 1997). The job satisfaction and organizational commitment shown the different in relation to individual attitudes about their work.
