1.1. Job satisfaction:
Job satisfaction means the feelings and attitudes of individual about their work, (Armstrong, 2003). Sometime individual feel about their job on different aspect such as employee’s emotional response to his work environment, (Dole and Schroeder, 2001). Job satisfaction as an employee’s his or her evaluative, cognitive and affective reactions with job,(Williams e, al, 2001). Other words, the job satisfaction is the degree of individual’s feelings towards and satisfaction with their current activities, responsibilities and achievement. Job satisfaction are divided on two component (intrinsic and extrinsic).the intrinsic satisfaction refer to internal characteristics of a person such as utilization of skills, the volume of job complexity and control of opportunity, extrinsic satisfaction refer to physical facets such as salaries, work and benefits, (Cowin, 2008).the motivational factors such as intrinsic and extrinsic they are affected the level of job satisfaction, including the support of supervision, relationship with co-workers and the degree to which employees succeed, (Armstrong, 2003).There money factor that effect the job satisfaction such as salary, satisfaction with work contribution, supervision quality of work life, organizational environment and organizational commitment, (Lille et al,1998). Job satisfaction has direct effect on turnover and indirect effect on organizational commitment, (Blou, 1987). The significance of prevence research studies investigate the evidence of a strong negative relationship of job satisfaction and turnover, (Mannherim et al, 1997). The job satisfaction and organizational commitment shown the different in relation to individual attitudes about their work. Job satisfaction focused on individual response to their job such as supervision, salary and condition of work, and organizational commitment is a global in relation to individual attitude, such as values and goals of organization, (Mowday, 1979).

    The proposed research will be conducted to investigate the causes of employee turnover. Proposed study will use different research articles to develop a model which shows that job satisfaction, employee motivation and employee involvement (independent variable) has an impact on employee turnover (dependent variable). Hence the purpose of this research will be, firstly getting the perception of employees at work by conducting semi structure interviews as an instrument of data collection to explore the effect of Job satisfaction, employee motivation and employee involvement on employee turnover. Secondly semi structure interviews will be further used to find and examine whether these three factors really affect or not if yes then which factor affects closely in order to remove that one from organizations facing employee turnover issues. Different hypothesis are formed on the basis of dependent and independent variables. By using different research articles literature review has been written. Than a model is developed of job satisfaction, employee motivation and employee involvement (independent variable) and employee turnover (dependent variable).Than a theoretical framework is written on the base of these variables. Using a cross sectional research method sample of 500 employees of service organization like Banks, University (Employees), Telecommunication, EFU life insurance, Guard Technologies and Students has been selected for this research. Convenience sampling technique will be used for data collection. Data will be collected from male and females of service organizations like Banks, University (Employees), Telecommunication, EFU life insurance, Guard Technologies and Students using semi structured interview and then analyzed by using NVIVO 7.     Increasingly, organizations are realizing that they have to establish an equitable balance between the employee’s contribution to the organization and the organization’s contribution to the employee. Establishing this balance is one of the main reasons to reward and recognize employees. Organizations that follow a strategic approach to creating this balance focus on the three main components of a reward system, which includes, compensation, benefits and recognition (Deeprose, 1994). Studies that have been conducted on the topic indicates that the most common problem in organizations today is that they miss the important component of recognition, which is the low-cost, high-return ingredient to a well-balanced reward system. A key focus of recognition is to make employees feel appreciated and valued (Sarvadi, 2005). Research has proven that employees who get recognized tend to have higher self-esteem, more confidence, more willingness to take on new challenges and more eagerness to be innovative (Mason, 2001). The aim of this study is to investigate whether rewards and recognition has an impact on employee motivation. A biographical and Work Motivation Questionnaire was administered to respondents (De Beer, 1987). The sample group (N= 184) consists of male and female employees on post-grade levels 5 to 12. The results of the research indicated that there is a positive relationship between rewards, recognition and motivation. The results also revealed that women and employees from non-white racial backgrounds experienced lower levels of rewards, recognition and motivation. Future research on the latter issues could yield interesting insights into the different factors that motivate employees.…
