Job Satisfaction Versus Job Security
Some people think job satisfaction is more important than job security. But others believe that people cannot always enjoy their jobs and having a permanent job is more important. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Nowadays, most people have full time jobs and spend most of their adults life time on working. Therefore, some people tend to choose a satisfying job than a security one, while others convinced that taking a permanent job is more important. This essay will discuss both side of views and put forward some reasons to support the former one.

It is clear that individual can have a lot of benefits from a satisfying job. Feeling about one's job must reflect how a person feels about his or her life, and because of this, job satisfaction is indeed very important for the wellbeing. If being satisfied with jobs, people may have a happier sense of their lives. In addition, satisfying jobs can help people to be more responsible and loyal to their works, which is also significant to companies. Moreover, individuals feel satisfied through the senses of achievement which they receive from their jobs and this kind of feeling could encourage people to work much harder, which will contribute to the whole society in the long run.

It is understandable that some people are willing to choose permanent jobs rather than focus on the satisfaction from work. Because not only can a security job ensure individual's basic economic needs but also it will help to relieve the unemployment stress. However, in some cases an individual is working in a permanent job that suits neither his skills nor his personality. Therefore, he may become less ambitious and hindering the development of the company and later the society.

To sum up,as far as I am concerned, job satisfaction is more important than job security, because in the modern society, people are willing to pursuit happiness from the bottom of their heart on matter from work or daily
