Therefore, some people tend to choose a satisfying job than a security one, while others convinced that taking a permanent job is more important. It is clear that individual can have a lot of benefits from a satisfying job. Feeling about one's job must reflect how a person feels about his or her life, and because of this, job satisfaction is indeed very important for the wellbeing. If being satisfied with jobs, people may have a happier sense of their lives. In addition, satisfying jobs can help people to be more responsible and loyal to their works, which is also significant to companies.
