One of those tendancies is that at work I tend to notice individuals that are not as motivated in their work or who are "slacking”, as the Jung Typoloty test states, and I tend to lose respect for those individuals. Ive noticed it pretty often lately in myself, but I think it can a positive thing if I make it that way. I think at times my introvertedness can hinder me, but it can also be an avenue for me to develop more in order to be a better leader. I do think I have a quiet confident in my abilities, but I can be self conscious about what I do not know. I think in general by simply understanding the why behind the way I behave is really helpful to know, because it allows me to get outside my own head and almost look at my behavior from an objective perspective. I think realizing that by knowing my personality type and now being able to recognize similar traits in others will help me to interact and communicate with my co-workers better.
