During spring break is when I enhanced my training and consumed less food. I played everyday for at least 2 hours, sometimes I would play twice a day. One thing I encountered that was an obstacle was having to go through pain in my feet. I experienced what is called plantar fasciitis. Which is the inflammation of the tissue that runs along the foot. However this did not impede me from playing. I spoke to an athletic trainer, and she provided me with Gel heel pads that absorb every step and reinforces the arches of the foot. This definitely helped me during the week. At the end of spring break which was April 30th on a saturday morning I weighed myself and I was at 245.6. In total I lost 5 pounds, What Ipredicted came true. I felt more confident with myself, I felt more energetic, my metabolism sped up and I did in fact enhance my skills in the sport of
