According to KMC’s websites (2015), it stated that, Kedah Medical Center is one of the private hospital in Kedah that associated with KPJ Healthcare Berhad. As we know all the company or other organization include hospital also have their own mission and vision that they need to achieve it. In other words, based on their mission, it show that this specialist hospital had tried their best to give better healthcare services to all of their patient because their patient’s health is very important to them. According to the KMC’s websites (2015), they had stated their objective which provide full range of clinical, support service and specialist. Meaning that, patient can get treatment from specialist services in KMC because this hospital had provide full range of specialist to give best treatment to their patient. Compared to other hospital, not all hospital will provide full range of specialist because it costly and only certain hospital will provide this kind of services include KMC. So that, patient can refer to KMC if they want to get treatment from specialist
In other words, Kedah Medical Center had provide better environment for the safety of the patient. It also will secure the safety of patient during their treatment in this hospital.
