In your grievance filed at the Red Rock Facility, you claim you are being served spoiled food for your Kosher diet. Your resolution is for staff to adhere to the Kosher Diet Plan.
Your grievance appeal has been reviewed at Central Office and the Contract Beds Deputy Bureau Administrator’s response is affirmed. The Administration at The Red Rock Facility investigated your allegations regarding the preparation and service of Kosher foods. It was determined that the apple you received was spoiled and you were offered a replacement which you did refuse.
Staff will continue to monitor the preparation and service of food on a daily basis. Please inform staff of any food discrepancies so necessary corrective action can be taken at that time.
