Individuals may utilize a number of different cues to communicate emotion. Which two cues do you feel message senders rely when communicating emotion? Why? Which two cues do you feel message receivers rely on when interpreting emotion within messages? Why? What are the greatest challenges facing message senders and receivers? Nonverbal cue and verbal cue are the best fitted cues for communicating emotion and messages. Nonverbal cue uses fascial expression to depict individual emotion when communicating for example smiles show warmth and friendliness but a smile can also depict mockery. By reading the smile will impact how you talk to an individual. Verbal cue do not exactly state the emotion of an individual but it is still easy to read an individual by it. For example if you talk to your friend and he ask to be left alone you can already depict that he is sad. The greatest challenges when facing message senders and receivers is predicting the wrong emotions and making the situations even worse.
