Lab 1: Anatomical Orientation
Purpose
1. Defines anatomical position, and to use directional terms to locate the position of one body part relative to another
2. Explains the three kinds of body planes used to study human anatomy
3. Gives the location of the major body cavities and sub-cavities, and indicate important organs in each
4. Use the regional terms to locate specific body areas
Hypothesis
If I review all instructions and all resources in the process of completing the Anatomical Orientation worksheet activity, then I will have all understanding of Anatomical Orientation, which is the purpose of this Lab. Following completion of the worksheet, I will be able to identify key terms after researching and studying each section of the worksheet.
