Dictionary.com desribes mutation as, “The act, or proccess of changing.” Most people think of mutation as a bad thing. They are right. If late start school was used, they would be mutating the schedule. All of the change would cause a great legion of stress on people. Late start school would modify the school schedule, putting much stress on the populace.
Late start school is a bad idea because it interferes with after-school activities. First,

late start school reduces practice time for sports because of how late school would get out.

Receding practice time would give kids less exercise, and research says exercise helps you

sleep better. Good sports teams get a ton of practice; practice makes perfect. Secondly, it

First, if middle and high

schools started later, the bus times would not be coextending with elementary bus times,

which would cost all school districts to evoke more buses, and would cost more money all across

the country. Next, most school districts have delicately balanced their bus times, and all the

would be exhausting for families, teachers, and bus drivers. Kurt Vonnegut once said,”Laughter and tears are both responses to frustration and exhaustion. I myself prefer to laugh, since there is less cleaning up to do afterward.” Ultimately, shifting start times will cause traffic congestion for teachers and students, making it harder to get to school on time even when late start has been implemented.
Research shows that teenagers cannot produce melatonin until around 11:00 p.m.,

making late start an “exigency”. Many students use this as an excuse,along with the fact that it makes you happy and healthier. However, early start can make you happier and

healthier too. Learning to get up early before juxtaposing the workforce is very important
