What is culture? Culture is “the arts and other manifestations of human intellectual achievement regarded collectively” and this will be about the two American cultures and how they compare to each other. It will discuss how they compare in terms of language, markets, and food. The term compare means to relate two or more objects, places, or things. As stated in the story Unity in Diversity “The universals of culture may derive from the face that all societies must perform the same essential functions if they are to survive.”
The relationship between the English and Spanish language of the two cultures, U.S. Americans and Latin Americans are similar by how they are written and broken up in meaning. In the English language there are rules often how words are said and spelled. For example, the word “working”, It can be broken up into two different parts. The first part be “work” as the root and the second part being “ing” as the suffix. Again, In the Spanish language there are also rules to how the words are said and spelled. Also, with the same word “working” in English also called “trabajando” in Spanish, this word is also broken up in two different parts. There is most likely a produce section in most markets because people need to eat and It helps farms to profit from them and reduce the overflow of stock. There are also souvenir shops in both cultural outdoor markets to attract tourism which is a highly profitable sales scheme that entertains the public, and it is also a way to persuade immigrants to move to their cultural society. Furthermore, when all the markets are fun to see and explore people eventually get hungry and want to eat
