Leading By Example Research Paper

Leading by example found around the world is a reality. Leading by example is showing people how to live is what the world is about. Being a positive influence, and trying to do right even when no one is looking. I also think that living by example is a reality. People look up to you, so show them how life should be. If you look around there are many people who are examples, everybody is an example not everyone is a leader by example.
We need to know the importance of being a leader by example. If someone wants to be a real leader, that person has to show this characteristic. Bring people up in work areas, if someone's having a hard time encourage them, affect them in a positive way. I mean think Adolf Hitler had the leader traits, but he used those skills for negative doings. Do not just speak like a positive example, but also be a positive example by showing it, do the right thing when nobody's watching, when with friends do not let them trick anyone into
doing stuff they do not want to, try to rub off on them show them the right way to be.
The way someone dresses says a lot about them being a leader and not these days. If someone wears short shorts and a tank top to church, other people might not like that. Some people go to church dressed up trying to lead by an example, and if someone else goes to church wearing something that other people do not think is appropriate to them then that person will be frowned upon for not being a leader. Pastors don't go to church looking like they just rolled out of bed, they get up and wear something nice because they are the leader of that church. That is just how our society is. At school if someone comes wearing khakis and a polo other people think that person is trying to lead by an example, other than a person that might go to school who got up and dressed like they did not care about anything. Teachers go to school wearing school colors, or wearing something that would be good for school, because they are the leader by example at school. A lot of people would rather be leading by example rather than not caring.
Older siblings are the leading examples to their younger siblings.
Every time an older sibling gets in trouble the younger sibling is watching. Every time an older sibling does something right or leads by example, they are watching. Younger siblings take notes on what older siblings do and do what older siblings do. Younger siblings look up to older siblings on how to live their life and just, as they say, monkey sees monkey do. There are many people who lead by examples. Celebrities are examples of what kind of leaders people see and hear about a lot. This is why what people listen to or look up to matters, because what kind of music people listen to or what gossip people listen to affects them. Very few celebrities these days live by an example. Many celebrities go down a wrong path where they become bad examples. For instance, Miley Cyrus used to live by a great example she would uplift children and teenagers. Until she changed and now she has become a bad example. Leading by examples is a
reality. Leading examples are all around you. Leading examples are at church, at school, at home, even public places you go to in your everyday life. People influence you in all kinds of ways. It is easy to do something that everybody else does in society. Seriously if everyone jumped off a 100-foot cliff onto concrete, would there be that one person that did not? No, they would not so watch the way people influence others. Then watch for the people others need to look up to.
So yes, I would say leading by examples is found very often in the world. It is very important to lead by a great example that shows off what kind of positive characteristics that person has. How to show you are a leader. Younger siblings look up to older ones. People look up to celebrities for everything. Examples are found in reality look around for the good examples. Look for the leading examples, and be a leading example.
