Level 3 And 4 Levels In The Classroom
There are four levels of motivation, used to manage a classroom environment. The Me level is the first level of motivation, it is in the self-gratification stage. It is all about that person getting the things that they want. The second level of motivation is the approval; this person is mostly looking for approval from others that are surrounding them. Thirdly, the personal relationship builder aspires to be upfront, noticeable, and known for their competency in their field of expertise. Lastly, there are individuals ultimate goal in life is to serve others and expect nothing in return, known as the Others-oriented behavior level.
Out of the four motivational levels, it is determined that I am consistently in between level 3 and 4. One should strive to always be at a level 4 Others-oriented behavior, however depending upon the situation the levels can revert back to level one or level two.

Talents are differences that each person is born with, such as Insight, service, teaching, encouragement, leadership, and compassion. The sooner the teacher can identify the particular talent that each students have, will allow them the opportunity to adjust their teaching and behavioral management strategies to fit that particular classroom. When teachers have a true understanding of each student differences and learn how to make the necessary adjustments to their curriculum as well as their motivational level it opens up a more pleasant and nurturing environment. The talent of teaching is the planting of seeds and the talent of encouragement is watering that seed (Selig, G., Arroyo, A., Jordan, H., Baggaley, K., Hunter, E., 2010).     Motivation is the key to supporting and advancing the learning of children and young people within my class. Motivation affects the nature of an individuals behaviour, the strength of the behaviour, and the persistence of the behaviour. There are many approaches to motivation: physiological, behavioural, cognitive and social. It is the crucial element on setting and achieving goals.
