After reviewing the chapter reading materials I had to practice some of the skills to enhance my learning method. I chose to use mapping so that I will be able to figure out all the ideas I have in mind. Mapping is good when you apply (KWL) know, what, learn to the rhythm of how some of learn. When scanning, reading and interpreting sometimes I don’t always get some things right on point at the particular time. What I do is keep reading it until I get the clear understanding on what I need. Which are the key points that I need to understand the scenario or story. I know that applying more reading with motivation will enhance my skills of learning.
The article I chose was THILMANY, J. (2013) Professional Networking due to the nature of communicating through various social networks to enhance your chances of promoting your business. Social networking is like the voice in society these days. In order to be seen using social media help you connect with people all over the world. These types of people share a particular interest to socialize and get the product sold.
THILMANY, J. (2013) states that social networks are failing due to the managers lacking the proper knowledge to collaborate with other people outside the business. If you can’t lead then we need professional people that can speak up to promote the business and its products. When promoting a professional business through networking you will use many types of methods to network with others.
THILMANY, J. (2013) also stated that “Social networks are, after all, a way to collaborate and get visibilities into trends and topics you maybe didn’t realize you were missing.” This so that what’s happening and new products can be notice and advertised. This is a way a professional networker collaborates with others to sell the product customers.
