The organization that I will be researching and focusing on for this project is Loyola University Medical Center. Loyola University Medical Center is the main medical campus for the Loyola University Health Systems in Illinois. It is located in the western suburbs of Chicago in a city called Maywood. This medical center is a 589 bedded facility with a state of the art trauma center, burn center, Children’s hospital, Outpatient center, Cardinal Bernardine cancer center and many more specialty healthcare. The university also boasts of a school of medicine, and a school of nursing. It is nationally ranked in two adult specialties, Cardiology and in Ear, Nose, and Throat. An especially easy one we would think, but this solution is the toughest and still could yield the most positive outcome towards building a tier system. As cells in a human body function to keep the body running, employees of an organization are the cells which keep it running. When a group has the major input into a cause, I believe that their opinions and ideas have to be given an ear to. Employees, as they know what is lacking and how things could be changed around to better keep them satisfied and the company in a good standing, they are extremely beneficial towards implementing the tier system.
• Bring in outside help if necessary to put into effect a tier system that will give a greater distinction between employees.
Bringing in expert help from outside with the necessary tools to manage such an issue and fix it from top to bottom is one of the best solutions. They will have the expertise to advice on what could help or damage the present system. Also, they will have knowledge and better ideas through their work to mold it to the preference of the
