Dear Mr. Bradshaw:
As you have requested I have researched the feasibility of Luxury Airlines expansion in Brazil and have come up with a recommended plan of action. In this memo you will find a full report that outlines my recommendations as well as the factors that I took into consideration when analyzing the possibility of success for this expansion.
The topics I covered in this expansion were: location, area crime, legal issues, the Brazilian culture, the economic conditions and political stability of the country, as well as the demand and competition for tourism in Brazil. Based on my research, I have determined that Brazil would be a suitable location for Luxury Airlines expansion considering the new demands for air travel.
Although there are many airlines businesses already established in Brazil, my research indicates that there are not enough airlines in the industry to meet the demands of increasing air travel. Over the last ten years there has been an increase in air travel. Due to the increase of air travel and two upcoming events, Brazil decided to expand local airports. Luxury Airlines should be able to ease into Rio’s airlines market without too much difficulty and without the fear of too much competition.
The resources that were used in the analysis of this report include (but were not limited to) several government websites, economic forums, online newspapers, articles and airlines websites.
Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to conduct this research for your company. Although this is a detailed report, I am hoping the research provides
